Spirit--Akasha--Aether

The fifth element is Spirit, usually called by it's Vedic Indian name--Akasha.

Spirit is in and of all the elements and it transcends them.  In Native American traditions, Spirit is honoured in the direction of above. Others assign it the direction of center.

Spirit is honoured not so much as a fifth element, but as the unifying force which animates all of the other elements.

Use Akasha for transformation, transcendance, Astral work, and workings that relate to time itself.
